PUBLIC ADVISORY FOR FILIPINO NATIONALS TRAVELLING/RETURNING TO THE PHILIPPINES – ELECTRONIC CASE INVESTIGATION FORM (e-CIF) AND AVAILABLE QUARANTINE FACILITIES (As of 17 June 2020)

The Philippine Embassy wishes to advise all Filipino nationals who are travelling back to the Philippines that a One-Stop Shop has been set up at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) to implement a QR Code system for accomplishing a Case Investigation Form (CIF) that is necessary for the required RT-PCR testing for COVID-19.

The QR Code system aims to facilitate and fast-track mandatory health protocols upon arrival at NAIA.
Returning Filipino nationals arriving at NAIA terminals are encouraged to register and fill-out the electronic Case Investigation Form (e-CIF) to secure their own QR Code before their scheduled arrival at the airport.

Please take time to read the advisory posted for the step-by-step procedures in accomplishing the e-CIF.— Source: Philippine Embassy in Brunei
