MERALCO BILL ADJUSTMENT tips ng isang Netizen

If you remember my post, nakatanggap kami ng bill from Feb – May na worth 40k from one of our comp shops. Imagine, we’re expecting it to be around 20k since may pending kaming bill from Feb, and nakapag operate naman kami ng almost 2 weeks for the month of March. But instead, nakatanggap kami ng bill for 40k. Sobrang na-shook kami nun at na-HB. So if you experience the same, believe me, we can relate.

DO NOT GO TO THEIR OFFICE/BRANCH – It’s a complete waste of time. Pipila ka ng maaga, tirik ang araw, expose ka pa sa covid, and ang ending, paaasahin ka lang ng makakaharap mo n may mapapala ka, pero wala, wala, wala!

During CQ, 5am pa lang pumunta na kami dun kasi hanggang 200 numbers a day lang pinamimigay nila. Pumunta kasi kami ng 8AM one time, cutoff na agad. So imagine, 5am palang, andun kana, tapos sa work ko dati or sa school, never ko yun nagawa. So please do yourself a favor and stay home. Safe ka pa!

3 times lang naman sila nagsend samen ng maling bill. Same amount, different due dates lang. Laging sinasabi samin sa office nila na may nagread na and ipapadala na yung tama, pero same shit pa din yung dumadating.

SEND THEM AN E-MAIL INSTEAD. Describe your disappointment. Let them know how stupid and heartless they are. Attach the bill, take a photo of your own meter. Then the most important thing: make sure mo din na makakatanggap ng copy ang ERC at Malacañang ng email mo.

Sabi ko sa inyo, yung 1 month na paghhintay and effort namin mula sa pagpila sa office nila, wala pang 1 week, nakatanggap na kami ng adjusted bill.

From 40k – heto na sya ngayon. From 40k – 23k nalang. Imagine yung laki ng difference na gusto nila ipashoulder. Putragis dba? Di man kami ganun katanda, hindi kami pinanganak kahapon.

So guys, it’s your time to shine. Send them an email and pour your heart out. DO NOT HESITATE. But just avoid using bad words para they won’t have any reason to junk your email.

Sa mga nagtatanong kung ano po iinclude sa email:

Lagay nio po sa subject, Requesting for Proper reading / Accnt number. Lagay nio po ung email address provided above.

Attached nio po yung bill nio na overcharge. Explain din po yung reason kung bakit nasabi niyong hindi tama yung pinadala nila.

May nagssabi po na this month daw po dadating daw talaga yung adjusted na bill na. Ung sa iba po, ang dumadating installment plan pero yung amount is the same pa din. I suggest to send an email asap po if need nio agad yung bill adjustment. Kami kasi nangungupahan lang and umalis na sa pwesto kaya minadali po namin. Pero if hindi naman po, pwedeng hintayin nio nalang po yung sinasabi po nilang adjusted bill this month and if the same pa din sa mga nkaraang pinadala nilang hula hula, saka nalang po kayo mag email.
