FIRST BATCH OF OVERSEAS FILIPINOS IN BRUNEI GRADUATES FROM LIVELIHOOD TRAININGS ORGANIZED BY PHILIPPINE EMBASSY

The Philippine Embassy in Brunei Darussalam, through the Philippine Overseas Labor Office (POLO) and the Overseas Worker Welfare Administration Office (OWWA), held commencement exercises on 25 November 2018 at the Cosmopolitan College of Commerce & Technology Sdn Bhd, Airport Mall, Berakas for the first batch of graduates of the Basic Computer Training Course and Basic Baking Course.

Vice Consul Jaybee B. Arguillas congratulated the graduates and encouraged them to continuously learn and enhance their skills.

The Basic Computer Training Course as well as the Basic Baking Course is part of the Reintegration Program for OFWs of the Philippine Government. These programs intend to give additional livelihood skills to Filipinos in Brunei, especially to Household Service Workers. END
